TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership
Passione Quad ASD is a sports association affiliated to the CSEN of Florence and all our activities are reserved for registered members. The Passione Quad ASD card costs €10 and is valid for 365 days starting from h. 24:00 on the release date.
This membership not only allows you to participate in the Association's activities, but also includes accident liability insurance, guaranteeing peace of mind during excursions or other activities.
Excursions
We recommend suitable mountain clothing, more specifically we suggest wearing: long trousers, closed shoes, preferably boots, sweatshirt or jacket and sunglasses. No particular aptitude is required but the quad driver must be of age and in possession of an Italian type B driving license or equivalent foreign one.
We remind you that you will be carrying out an excursion on a route located in the mountains, therefore for the correct carrying out of the activity it is essential that you are in a suitable state of mental health, specifically not under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics : it will be our staff's responsibility to check for any discrepancies and, in the event of situations deemed unsuitable, to refuse to accompany you on the excursion without the right to any refund.
Pregnant women will not be able to participate in the excursion.
Cancellation Conditions
In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied:
- cancellations more than 20 days before departure: NO PENALTY;
- cancellations between 19 and 10 days before departure: 25% OF THE FEE;
- cancellations between 9 and 5 days before departure: 50% OF THE FEE;
- cancellations between 4 and 3 days before departure: 75% OF THE FEE;
- cancellations 2 days before departure: 100% OF THE FEE.
Bank costs relating to the payment of the service will not be refunded.
It is your responsibility to communicate any cancellation by telephone at +39 3669722718.
Customers who do not show up, without any prior notice (No-Show), will still be charged the full cost.
In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes, we reserve the right to no longer accept participants without any refund.
Briefing
In order to carry out the quad excursion you will follow an information briefing where the guides will give all the practical and safety information to guarantee all participants a pleasant excursion. If you do not feel able to take part in the excursion, it is necessary to inform the companions before departure. Refusing to go on an excursion after the briefing is not a reason for a refund.
Gift Card
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of payment and are non-refundable.
